By accessing or using Life Node ("the Service"), operated by Life Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Life Node is a personal productivity platform that aggregates information from connected life-domain modules. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The Service integrates with third-party modules and services that you choose to connect. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law
• Share your account credentials with others

Life Node, its design, and original content are owned by Life Hub. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFE HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
