Overview
Life Node ("we", "us", or "Life Hub") is a personal operating system that connects your life-domain modules — finance, work, health, fitness, home, and more — into a single daily view. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials managed through Supabase Auth.
Connected module data. When you connect a module, we receive summaries, alerts, tasks, and metrics that module exposes via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The specific data depends on the modules you connect and the permissions you grant.
Health data. If you use the Apple Health bridge or connect a health module, we may process sleep, weight, and related wellness metrics. See our Health Data Policy for details.
Usage data. We collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, and interaction logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Life Node
- Generate your daily brief, tasks, insights, and timeline
- Authenticate you and protect your account
- Sync data from connected modules on your behalf
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal data.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Module credentials and API keys are encrypted at rest. You may use your own Supabase instance (bring your own database) if enabled for your account.
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all communication between your device, Life Node, and connected modules.
Third-party services
Life Node connects to third-party services you authorize (e.g. TickTick, Strava, Hevy, Google Calendar, Withings). Each service has its own privacy policy. We only access data from these services according to the scopes and permissions you grant when connecting a module.
Your choices
You can disconnect any module at any time, which stops future syncs. You can delete your account by contacting us. You may export your data where supported by your database configuration.
Children
Life Node is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date.
